Samari García y Colomé Góngora has been the coordinator of the Carle since September 2024 and a professor at ITAM since January 2025. She holds a BA in Hispanic Language and Literatures and an MA in Hispanic Linguistics from the National Autonomous University of Mexico. Former consultant for the Fundación del Español Urgente of the Mexican Academy of Language, with extensive experience in creating, editing, and reviewing texts for diverse organizations. She has taught at elementary and university levels and published articles in books and linguistic journals.
