Christoph Winter is Assistant Professor (Profesor Asociado) of Law at the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM) and Research Associate in Psychology at Harvard University. He is also the founder and director of the Legal Priorities Project, and Faculty Advisor to the AI Futures Fellowship. His current research focuses on law and governance of artificial intelligence, and he consults various national and international AI legislation initiatives. Winter studied law, philosophy, and psychology at Harvard University, Princeton University, King’s College London, University of Sydney, and Humboldt University of Berlin.
