Annapaola Llanas

Annapaola Llanas
Faculty member in the Department of Accounting at ITAM. She has been the Academic Program Director of the BA in Accounting and Financial Strategy at ITAM. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Financial Strategy from ITAM, a master’s degree in Accounting from ITAM and a master’s degree in Accounting from Florida International University (FIU). She is an active member of the Chartered Public Accountants of Mexico. She has the Certification granted by the Chartered Public Accountants of Mexico.
With more than 13 years of teaching experience, her teaching areas are financial and managerial accounting. She has coordinated and taught Financial Accounting, Intermediate Accounting I and II, and Managerial Accounting. She has also been responsible of the Fiscal Area at ITAM and the coordinator of the Annual Campaign of Individual tax returns at ITAM.
She has written several academic articles and is member of the institutional team responsible of elaborating the letters for the draft proposals of the Mexican Accounting Financial Standards. She also has been a member of the Non-Profit Organizations Research Commission of the Chartered Public Accountants of Mexico.
