Associate Professor at the Department of Law of the Insituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México since August 2019. PhD candidate in law with the dissertation "Adjudicating the Right to Freedom of Religion or Belief in the Liberal State" and Master of Laws in Public Law with Distinction from University College London, Master in Political Philosophy from Universitat Pompeu Fabra and Bachelor of Laws with Honorable Mention from the Insituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México. He was part of Justice José Ramón Cossío Díaz’s staff at the Mexican Supreme Court from 2006 to 2010 and advisor and academic assistant to the Department of Law of the Insituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México from 2011 to 2012. He was a Teaching Fellow in the Faculty of Laws of University College London from 2016 to 2018 and a researcher in the project Constitutional Conventions in Westminster Systems of the Faculty of Laws of the University of Oxford between 2017 and 2018.
