James Robinson

Part time professor

James Robinson is Full Time Professor and Researcher in the Department of International Relations at ITAM.  He holds a Bachelor’s in History and Political Science from Reed College, Master’s and Doctorate in History at McGill University, Master’s and Doctorate in International Relations at Johns Hopkins University.

In ITAM has given courses on International Relations Theories and Research Seminar.  Research on Mexican Sovereignty and NAFTA; Language and Theory;  Sovereignty, Neoliberalism and Drugs in Mexico. Was visiting professor the Watson Institute of Brown University.   Present research is on the history of the discipline and evolution of the theories of International Relations, and Critique of Positivism.
