He holds and LLB and a Ph.D from the University of Buenos Aires with a Ph.D. Thesis on Philosophy of Law. Additionally, he has a master’s degree in Criminal Law and Criminal Policy from the University of Paris I Pantheon-Sorbonne. He has taught at the University of Buenos Aires (Faculties of Law and Philosophy) and at other Universities in Argentina and elsewhere (Cergy-Pontoise) on Legal Theory, Criminal Law, Legal Research and Writing, and Contemporary Philosophy. He is the author of numerous books and papers that have been published in Argentina, Mexico, Canada, Spain, and Italy on topics such as Legal Philosophy, Criminal Law, and Criminal Procedures Law. His main contributions are the following: introductory study and edition of the polemic on Friedrich Nietzsche’s Birth of Tragedy in “El ultimo oficio de Nietzsche y La polémica sobre el Nacimiento de la tragedia. Escritos de Wilamowitz-Rohde-Wagner” (Sudamericana, 1996); "Concepciones del derecho y de la verdad jurídica" (Marcial Pons 2008); and the international collective work in four volumes "Derecho y verdad" (Tirant Lo Blanch) of which volume II was published in 2015 and volume IV in 2017.
