Norma Leal

Full time professor

She is currently a full time professor in the Academic Department of Accounting at ITAM where she teaches and coordinates courses for undergraduate programs and master programs.   She received the title of Public Accountant and the Master in International Management from ITAM.   She also earned the double degree of  Master in Accounting from ITAM and FIU (Florida International University). Member of Teaching Commission at Colegio de Contadores Públicos de México.  She has been Coordinator of the Facultad Menor and has been in charge of the area of social services, both of the Academic Department of Accounting , for 26 years.

She has made a professional career in the area of Financial Accounting in Banamex and as an investment project analyst in the real estate sector of Banamex.

She has taught undergraduate courses of Basic Financial Accounting, Intermediate Financial Accounting, Cost Accounting and Management Accounting.  Furthermore, she has taught master’s courses of Pre-University Accounting Qualification, Financial Accounting and Cost Accounting.

She has published articles about ABC costing, how to use Facebook and Twitter for good investment decisions, the use of online video by companies to communicate with investors and financial normativity for rent contracts.
